The Lincolnshire Fun Coast

The North Lincolnshire seaside resorts of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, which are close to Canal Farm, have wonderful beaches of fine, golden sand. The area is perfect for a traditional ‘bucket and spade’ family seaside holiday. All the North Lincolnshire resorts have achieved the coveted Blue Flag standard for cleanliness. These resorts have many visitor attractions to keep families entertained, such as Pleasure Island theme park at Cleethorpes, leisure pools and promenades – why not hire a beach chalet for a day!

The beach at Theddlethorpe, 10 minute drive from Canal Farm, offers a vast expanse of beautiful golden sand – with no amusements! This beach is a favourite with our family offering peace and solitude away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Occasionally you can see a seal pop up in the shallow water – and the birdlife is amazing. It is a long walk to the sea here, and dog walking is allowed on this beach all year round.
