Canal Farm Self-Catering Cottages offer a peaceful escape from the rush of modern life. Nestled in beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, they boast stunning views across open fields toward the rolling Wolds and the striking spire of St James’ Church in nearby Louth.
Lovingly converted from traditional red-brick and pantiled farm buildings, these charming cottages retain their authentic rural character while providing all the modern comforts you’d expect. Each cottage is fully equipped for self-catering stays, complete with its own private courtyard and parking area.
The surrounding area offers plenty to enjoy, with two welcoming pubs, the Millhouse Restaurant, local farm shops, and a village store all within three miles perfect for experiencing the warmth and tranquillity of rural Lincolnshire.
OUR COTTAGES
Ticklepenny Cottage
Ticklepenny cottage offers accommodation for 2/3 people. This is our smallest holiday let, and is single storey so is suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Kingfisher Cottage
Kingfisher has been sympathetically converted from a traditional redbricked and pantiled farm building, with original beams giving the cottage charm and character.
Barn Owl Cottage
Barn Owl is our largest cottage offering 4 star self-catering accommodation. This holiday home can comfortably accommodate a family, but a couple would also find it a cosy retreat.
